一、計劃性的輔導

高中英語大致分為單詞、句式、語法的學習，這些學習都有著不同的方法。記憶自然是最重要的，但是需要英語輔導的人，往往都是記憶力比較差的人，所以輔導的時候重點進行記憶的引導，讓他們掌握一些記憶的技巧。分類進行輔導，句子薄弱的就重點復習句子，比如句子構成、時態、以及一些句子表示方法等，這些東西只要講明白了，對於高中的學生來說，記憶還是沒有什麼困難的。

三、提高做題的能力

輔導的最終結果還是體現在考試上，所以輔導的重點應該轉移到做題上去，我們在進行輔導的時候，除了要知道基本知識外，還要傳授一些做題的技巧，比如對易錯題的分析，我們可以從語法，或者語境中出發，結合所學的知識點，或者查詢不會的單詞，這樣去解決一道不會的問題，漸漸地，錯誤也就少了。講習題的過程中，不要只訂正答案而不去分析和應用知識點，這對我們來說還是很重要的。

四、教材的選取

高中除了一些課本的知識外，還應該購買一些輔助性的教材，但輔導的過程應傾向於課本的講解，將全書的知識串起來，通過教材重現來歸納語言知識點，靈活運用知識點，對各單元進行知識的梳理，讓學生對知識的印象更加深刻。
