㈢ 考acca拿到obu高等級學位的流程是怎樣的

一、拿到的學位等級是要看F4到F9的平均分和論文成績綜合的，簡單的說就是ACCA考試成績平均68以上不論論文什麼等級都能拿FIRST CLASS,以此類推

牛津布魯克斯大學(OBU)的這個學位分為四等

二、ACCA科目達標

1、如果你有讀CAT，或者其它語言證書，比如雅思之類的。在通過全部F Level 之後，可以申請。

如果你直接讀的ACCA，沒有其它語言證明，那麼，需要F4 在F7，89任何一顆通過之前通過。也有個別例子（F4 在F7，8，9之後通過，然後去ACCA申訴，最終成功獲得申請牛津布魯克斯大學文憑申請條件的同學）

2、去ACCA網站，完成道德測試。(在ACCA官網做一份關於道德的題目)

3、選擇你要寫得論文的題目，找一個mentor指導你寫論文，提交論文並通過後，同時滿足以上三條，可以得到牛津布魯克斯大學榮譽學士學位。

所以想要拿到較高等級的OBU學位，努力學習在ACCA考試中拿到高分是一方面，在寫OBU 論文的過程中，有一位Project Mentor 也很重要，而且要求必須和你的Project Mentor有至少3次meetings，也就是至少有3次有效的溝通，根據這3次有效的溝通，你要提交一分 Skills and learning Statement, SLS，和一個論文的PPT。其次，在Online你提交論文時要填寫論文指導老師的信息。在你提交論文後，OBU會發一份確認郵件給你的指導老師，老師Sign後，你的論文upload 才算完成。

**我們先看一下OBU申請的簡單步驟：

一、申請OBU學位的條件：
1.注冊過這個學位（可以在My ACCA中查看此學位的狀態是否為opted-in）2.通過前九門考試(F7,F8,F9不可以免考)

3.在通過F7,F8,F9之前提交並通過英語成績證明4.完成道德模塊測試(Professional Ethics mole
二、英語成績證明提交：在2014年6月及之前通過的F4考試可以直接當做英語證明，無需另外提交；在2014年12月及之後通過F4考試需另外提交英語成績證明，如大學英語六級，雅思，托福等（需要翻譯後加蓋公章）

三、提交的論文包括哪些東西：
A.7500字Research Report(RR)；
B.2000字Skills and Learning Statement(SLS)（包括15分鍾Presentation on the project to your project mentor，需提交PPT）；這兩個部分要全部都通過才可以拿到學位，如哪個部分沒過，下次只提交那個部分就好，每個學員共有3次提交機會，但每次都需繳納評審費。學員需要找一名導師來輔導論文寫作，並進行3次面談（每次30分鍾，第三次做15分鍾presentation)。目前全球論文通過率只有50%。
Research and analysis report（RR）：
它共有20個題目可以選擇，題目內容包羅萬象，涉及很多內容。以第8個題目為例：需要分析一個公司最近3年的financial and business performance.
Skills and learning statement（SLS）:
它要回答四個問題：怎樣跟導見三次面的？論文的研究目標如何達到的？怎麼跟老師溝通的？論文的寫作對你的學習和工作有多大幫助？這個SLS只有過和不過。決定這個SLS是否通過的方面有：語言，溝通，是否通過這個論文寫作有收獲和感悟，IT技術使用（PPT）等方面。
四、論文選題范圍：
通過ACCA前9門的學員都有資格申請ACCA-OBU榮譽學士學位，論文題目可以在以下范圍內選擇，其他題目需另行申請。
1)An analysis and evaluation of an organisation?s budgetary control system and its links with performance management and decision making.
2)An evaluation of how the introction of a new technology can assist an organisation in achieving its business objectives.
3)An assessment of the potential impact of an aspect of impending legislation on the operations and financial position of an organisation.
4)A review of the business management and accounting issues of environmental costs of an organisation.
5)An evaluation of the use of short term and long term Islamic financial instruments and their impact on the financial statements of an organisation.
6)A critical review of key factors or indicators in the motivation of employees in an organisation.
7)A critical evaluation of the restructuring of an organisation?s operational activities and the effect on the organisation?s financial performance.
8)An analysis and evaluation of the business and financial performance of an organisation over a three year period.
9)A critical evaluation of the planning and implementation of an information system in an organisation.
10)A review of the effectiveness of the use of costing techniques within an organisation.
11)An investigation into the financial and operational costs and benefits of the internal audit/internal review activities within an organisation.
12)An investigation into the possible effects of a proposed accounting standard on the financial statements and business activities of an organisation.
13)An evaluation of the contribution made by human resource activities to the attainment of business and financial objectives.

論文（RR）通過共有A，B，或C三個分數，論文的分數和該學員ACCA前九門平均成績綜合起來可確定該生學位的級別（詳見具體評定圖）。牛津布魯克斯大學會計本科學位共有：First class,Upper second class,Lower second class,Third class等4個級別。決定這個RR是否通過的方面有：語言，溝通，分析是否深入，IT技術使用，參考資料使用及格式等方面。

六、論文提交方式：
通過網上提交的方式上傳，一年有兩次提交的機會，分別在五月和十一月。
七、國內學生寫論文的主要問題：
1.對國外論文格式要求不了解。多數同學都是第一次寫英文論文，甚至第一次寫論文，並不了解它的格式和要求。國外論文除了需要評審內容外，論文的格式包括參考文獻（reference)的使用和格式也是非常重要的評審標准。這種畢業論文不同於平時我們考試時的essay,它需要大量收集信息，並引用到文章中去。這部分也是導師需要給與更多指導的地方。
2.英語語言問題。雖然英語對於我們不是母語，評審老師也不會用英語為母語的標准來要求學員，但至少語言需要通順邏輯性強，結構清晰。很多同學的語言顯然達不到這個要求，需要導師在語言上給與指導。
3.專業知識不熟悉。這篇畢業論文內容上需要結合ACCA很多課程的知識點，比如：F7，F9，P3等並把它應用到案例中去。很顯然，如果ACCA課程的知識只是了解一知半解是不能應用到案例中去的。所以學員應復習一下過去學過的知識點，做到能熟練應用。
4.時間管理有問題。這是個本科的畢業論文，需要花費很長時間准備及寫作，所用時間因人而異，有的一兩個月，有的半年甚至一年。因為每個學員的語言，專業，工作經驗不同，所使用的時間是不同的。建議學員要提前准備，而且論文的質量和所花費時間一定是成正比的。有的學員英語基礎不好而且沒有工作經驗，如果花費足夠時間加上導師的輔導也可以取得不錯的成績。對於時間管理有問題的學員，導師應多提醒及促使他們在提交時間內完成任務。 八、導師怎麼才能輔導學員通過論文：
1.首先,導師需要給學生講解一下論文的選題,內容等,讓學員對論文的要求有個基本介紹.當然,information pack里的內容介紹的已經很詳細了，需要讓學員仔細閱讀information pack.同時，要讓學員對自己完成論文的進度做一個估算。
2.其次，充分利用學員跟導師的見面。牛津布魯斯大學要求導師在OBU的輔導中需要跟學生有3次見面，每次半小時。但學員的水平各異，對於基礎差的學員，我可能要輔導更多次，甚至10次。方式也可以多樣化，比如：電郵，電話，微信，聊天工具等。每次的輔導過程都要充分利用，提前閱讀好學員論文，要對學員的寫作問題提出建議，但導師只是起到輔助的作用，導師不能代替學員寫。

3.最後，要利用好presentation的時間。根據要求，學員在第3次見面時需要給導師做個15分鍾presentation.導師要讓學員充分准備這個，因為通過presentation,學員能自己意識到自己論文中的問題，並且可以利用這個機會，能跟導師進一步討論論文的內容。
