在来站上以前从来没有被人这么骂过,个性是富民,禄劝,东村这些短途乘客,有很多都不讲理,但依然要持续平和心态,情绪特不好,可过后想想也没必要难过,好多时候只要忍过了就没事了,当然也有素质好的客人会很好的配合我们的工作,这也是对我工作的肯定和鼓励。
很多人认为售票是狠枯燥乏味的工作,但我既然来参加这项工作,就要干好这一行,无论什么岗位我们只要认真,细心,负职责就能够做好,我必须要做到特能吃苦,特能忍受,将自己的工作做好。
